    Vit C during pct

    As I noticed austiniteentioned earlier taking vit c during pct to counter catabolism...explain?

    It counters elevated cortisol levels, which is catabolic.

    So even without the use of aas (during pct) it could be beneficial to supplement vit c to decline cortisol levels that increase due to workout. And in my case life (I work 80-100+ hours a WEEK, which could potentially raise cortisol levels as well, right?)

    I guess I should have read the study before speaking lol it was just taking so long to load

    There was no AAS use in that study.
