    Muscle all gone in off season?

    Just noticed some random flicks of Arnold here looking about 35 lbs lighter that usual. Nice phisique of course, but just looks like a normal guy with nice biceps. Is this really how much these guys would shrink in the off season? Was it because they didn't use PCT back then? Wondering if someone could shed some light here.

    It ok found it, 1982. 2 years after his last comp so not reallt an off season look. he looks closer to 70lbs down from his competition days.

    I found some photos of him that look about 1980-1985 and he looks much slimmer than that even. If you google image search "Arnold off season", you will find them.

    I don't know why he lost so much weight so fast, but I do know it must have a lot to do with steroids . I would imagine these days pros don't loose that much that fast. Dorian Yates is still 260 today I think.

    This was my original thought, really showed and I don't think they had anything at all. However I don't think their hormone balance was ever permanently damaged , as speculation would suggest. Arnold has a kid with every woman he comes in contact with.

    well when he was in predator movie he was huge!!! it was in the late 80's ??? not sure
