HCG Aromasin Nolvadex PCT?

I did a test prop anadrol stack a couple months ago and loss almost all my gains (weight and strength). I am new to steriod usage and I did not know to do any type of PCT. After doing some research I am looking at doing a nolvadex , hcg and aromasin cycle after my next cycle is complete.

My question can I just take nolvadex with aromasin? If so how much and on what schedule should I take it? From what I read it looks like you have to mix HCG and I dont feel confident enough to do that.

This is what I was thinking:
5 weeks of 20 mgs/day of nolvadex and 20 mgs/day aromasin

I starting getting chest pains during my last cycle. I believe from the anadrol. Any suggestions on what to take next? I posted my experience on another thread.

Id do this.
hcg on cycle 250iu's -2x/week
Aromasin on cycle to manage estrogen.
Clomid and nolvadex as pct.

Can you skip the hcg - yes. Will it help you recover better if you use it - yes.
