    Training in pct?

    Entering pct soon. Got nolva and Clomid. What should my workout be like in pct? Same as now ? Or do I scale
    It back and add more cardio? I read somewhere it should be as intense but no longer than 45 min and add 30 min of cardio? Any advice is appreciated. Thx

    I do heavy as I can but no longer than 45-60min
