anti estrogen supplement with nolva?

hi im almost finished my cycle of test e and i had 3 bottles of triazole (which is just a natural anti est) which i used i have almost used 2 during, I am going to use nolvadex 50mg for the first 2 weeks then 25mg next 4 weeks. is there any point taking the triaozole at the same time or as i assume just take it after im done with the nolva to further insure im back to normal?

(the reason i used triazole is because where i am the only thing i could get was nolva in 25mg caps no arimidex and also i was only using 3mls a week so was not to worried)

Also one more question sorry i also have a contanior of d-aspartic acid and fenurgreek i actually won them in a comp, should i take them post cycle to help my body naturally ramp up testosterone again?

I'm not familiar with Triazole but generally OTC AI's don't hurt, however, there is really rarely ever a need for an AI during PCT. If you waited the 2 weeks for PCT I wouldn't bother. But the right way to do it was to get blood work. If nolva and clomid can't restart you, that OTC stuff won't do anything.

Your doses seem off however. What was your cycle exactly ?

You should add Clomid to your pct. OTC stuff is fine as a supplement but they will not replace the use if serms during your pct

OTC stuff is garbage in my experience. Like jim above said if anything add clomid.
