    Pct for trt????

Hi everyone, I know a pct isn't really recommended for coming off trt, however I was on trt for about 3 months and stopped as my doc refused to offer any type of ai. It's been about 2 weeks since my last patch(androderm 4mg) should I run anything? If so what? And how much? I may end up back on trt but if I can put off a permanent medication for a little longer it would ease my mind! Any help would be appreciated!

I would run a pct if you decide to come off trt. How long have you been on trt and what was the protocal?

Actually....it's not that PCT isn't recommended, its that TRT is usually for life and hence there is no need for PCT. Without knowing what your hormonal levels were before, during and after your TRT, its difficult to advise, and even with PCT and/or HCG your levels are likely to remain low anyway since that should have been the reason you were on TRT in the first place. Have you considered finding your TRT elsewhere - low testosterone .com, perhaps?

Did you even need an AI? AI's while on TRT are not always needed. What did your sensitive E2 assay come back at?

he's only been on TRT for three months, you can look at it as if it was a cycle, a bad one at that. you can do a 4-5 weeks PCT, Nolva and Clomid.

Good catch. I would hope there was some rationale (blood work or otherwise) that lead to discontinuing TRT.....but it wouldn't be the first (or last) time a doc made a bad decision.

It was the androderm 4mg patch.I used it for a month then took a 2 week break then another month wth 2 weeks off then I did 1 more week and stopped. That was the way it was explained to me at first visit, well, its not! Doc wouldnt check estrogen since the testosterone amount was so low it wasnt warranted.Which seems to be a pretty standard response from what I have since read,I asked why would he prescribe me a treatment but refuse to check any of the levels which result in the bad side effects? Response was that the endocrinologists dont say to do it,So I told him I was going to stop treatment since small nuts and breasts dont work for me.Needless to say I am on the hunt for a new doctor.Dont know if Im prone to gyno but I know I sure as hell dont want it.I dont even know what to expect,Its been 2 weeks since the last patch. Are these research sites legit?Thanx for all the responses btw.Dont have any bw numbers to even post.Guess my post shows Im pretty much at a loss if I need anything or not, lol! Again Thanx!

How long have you been off the patch and why do you think your estrogen is out of range?

I got acne, and backne,Just greasy as hell, moody, achy, left nipple sensitive, found a 2 lumps in my left pec and 1 in right that werent there, not under nipple, doc had me get ultrasound but it said benign.Been 2 weeks since I stopped the patch.Doc wont check estrogen, estradiol, basically said the sides of trt are the sides,So whats the point of feeling low while using medicine or feeling low and not?Id just like to(hopefully) get back close to where I began as quick as possible while I find myself a new doctor. Its my first use of testosterone ,dont know if that affects anything or not.I know more in depth info would help but this is where Im at.I started a cart at the sponsor above but havent placed order yet.

You simply need a new doctor who will evaluate and treat you as a partner in this journey. Lowtestosterone.com was mentioned above I believe.

If you are running pct tamoxifen would be something like 40/40/20/20 clomid along side would be better
