Oral arimidex - nolvadex - Clomid from ar-r

Is there a certain way to take these? Or just drop in the desired amount and swallow? Or do you let it sit under your tongue or anything like that? Thank you. Right now just using the arimidex but I am assuming they all would be taken the same when I get to the PCT. Thanks! (sorry for the simple question but just want to make sure)

use an oral syringe to measure your dose, then either just squirt it into your mouth followed by a drink, or you can mix it into water or whatever and just drink it..

personally i like to mix it into chocolate milk and drink it that way..

I just use the oral syringe it comes with. Some people have a hard time drinking it but for me I have never needed to mix it with anything

^^^same here. Measure and take orally...followed by a drink of water works great for me

If you get from a reliable source like arr i have found them to be of equal quality.

thanks everyone, I appreciate it. Seems simple but you know wanted to make sure. The dosage part is self explanatory so know I know pretty much just digest the liquid anyway possible and im good. Im sure I can just drink it wash it down with water.

i usually just pull some water into the syringe and drink it after to help clean it out

Yeah I wasn't sure about mixing it or chasing it. Good to know its not a problem.
