    Hitting Reset

I have read that it is beneficial to have a week off from training every 6 months or so to give your CNT a break and allow muscles to desensitise from the loads placed upon them ( a sort of human reset I suppose)
Having just finished a cycle, my question is what is the best time to take a break - now, whilst waiting 2 weeks to start PCT, during the 1 month PCT or after PCT before I start my next cycle?

Thanks in advance for your advise

Breaks are good. I do it a few times a year. 6 weeks seems a bit soon though. Breaks can be taken whenever. Certainly not a good idea during PCT. You should be training and eating like a horse during PCT. 6 to 8 weeks post PCT would be ideal. But that's kind of over-thinking it

OK I'll wait until after PCT. Cheers buddy. BTW, I put 6 months, not weeks
