Exclamation Letrozole for natural gyno - Serious advice needed

Let me start off by saying that I have never used any form of AAS or PED and have no intention of doing so until I am at least 25. I'm not in any way asking about taking steroids. I'm sorry if this is somewhat off-topic but the reason I've chosen this forum is because I know the people here understand hormones and the endocrine system.
I've been lifting seriously for a year now - perfect diet, training etc. and making great gains.

However over the past 3 months I've developed hard, sore, painful lumps of glandular tissue growing behind both nipples. I went to a GP to get it checked out, she also gave me a testicular examination and told me it was all part of the pubertal process and that it would subside eventually. Now many people wouldn't care but I'm extremely self conscious and I can tell that this tissue growth is getting worse. I'm insanely paranoid that it'll never go away and one day I'll have to have surgery.

I've done a huge amount of research and I've been considering taking Letrozole for a period of several weeks to try annihilate my gyno and prevent it in the future. I know how bad exogenous hormones are to the developing body but I have no idea about aromatase inhibitors. Would I be seriously compromising my endocrine system doing this? Am I out of my mind for even considering it?
I have a reliable source for it so that's not a problem. I'm not doing this for any perfomance enhancing reason. I just want to stop this gyno.

Thanks for any advice, I promise I won't post here ever again... well at least not for 10 years if I could just get some information and some help.

Avoid Letro. Read this thread instead of me regurgitating it. Heed the advice within it. And stick around the forum. Plenty of different areas here that can help you along the way. Blood work is always your best start as well to try and find out exactly what the cause is.

I had a feeling about that from your first post.

Ultimately your Dr isn't wrong, lots of pubescent induced gyno disappears on its own. So, in reality, you need to sit it out and wait a few years and see what happens. Your hormones are all over the place at the moment (as you may have guessed) and will change with regularity until they level out.

You can help yourself by not taking any supplements and keeping your bodyfat low.

This site is a great resource and you should absolutely spend time browsing our nutrition and workout sections.

Unfortunately your account Is highly likely to be suspended until such time that you are the minimum age for this site.

I wish you luck and ask you to not worry too much at this stage.
