Hey how's everyone doing have a quick question ran a short cycle of test e 500mg a week for about 6 week started adex eod the shot before my last pin mind you I did this without knowledge should of research before Starting but now I'm about to come up on my 14 day next week to start pct I had minor breaks out in my chest that I never had an back I read mixed reviews on here but I know hcg suppose to be done during cycle some have done it after as well can this help an I'm going to start
clomid 75/50/50/50 an
nolvadex 40/20/20/20 could this help out my break out situation what have anyone else experience appreciate your help

After only a 6 week cycle you don't need hcg after. Just run your proposed oct starting 14 days from your last pin of test

Yes the acne is caused during the influx of androgen's post cycle

Also do I keep taking the adex or just leave adex alone appreciate lol your help

Drop the adex once you start the serms. You could run just tamox but i would run clomid with it since you will have been shut down 8 weeks before starting pct.

Okay perfect noted I'll keep running the adex until the end of this week that makes the 14 days after last pin I'm dosing the adex .50mg eod since it's super hard to get the .25mg
Also how long is the normal wait time before starting a new cycle I want run a 10week test e cycle from Feb 10 thru April

your body needs time off to recover. You should use the rule time on plus pct equals the minimum time off. Labs will be the only way to be certain you have recovered

Oh okay sounds good you think it's fine running the dosage of .50mg adex until pct?
Am I'll do that after pct I'll go get blood work make sure I recover fine before I start anything.
Also quick question let's say I wanted to run the test e cycle after every thing is fine with blood work and I wanted to add deca to it is that a good cycle idea and how would the dosage work I'll be doing 500mg of test e a week but not sure about the deca thanks

I Been on my ai since the shot before my last I know I should have done it earlier but I was without knowledge like I said before and learning day by day
and my stats are 5'10 down about 13%bf
Been training for about 2-3 years turn 24 in Feb pretty strict diet anything else need to know

looks fine the adex might be a little high. .25 eod and adjust if needed is were I suggest starting

I was a mess in the beginning didn't know what I was getting Into but with all the help from the forum threads I Been able to learn little by little about each component and how they work really appreciate all your time in helping me out thank you very much

no do not start pct early as you t levels will not have dropped low enough to make the serums effective

ar-r is fine it's our board sponsor. If I remember right it's 35 mg per ml so 2ml Ed is close enough
