I know Clomid/Nolva have a 5-7 day bio-active half life. Does that mean 50% is gone after after one week, 75% after two weeks, 8 7.5% after three...etc?

How many weeks do they take to fully leave my system? How long should I wait to do my post cycle blood-work?

I suggest you wait 4-6 weeks after you have discontinued the serms to have labs run

Yes that is how the half life works. Everything depends on each individual and how they metabolize any drug. But if you look in any chemistry book it will tell you that your math is correct. Jim was correct, wait 4-6 weeks before your labs are run again.

The post cycle is for 3 months of self administered HRT. I just want to see if any life style changes I've made have effected my T levels. If not I want to sure I'm at my absolute lowest before getting a doc to pull Labs.

So I guess there is no rush. If I start feeling like I did before the HRT I'll know it's time to get labs.

the main thing here us to get an accurate reading. Give yourself the proper time off with pct and then retest
