PCT after prohormone cycle
Hey
In 2 days I will be starting on a mild clone of halodrol (Helladrol) by "Need to build muscle" (haha).
And i read that i still needed a post cycle therapy and im really scared of getting gyno/gyna (man tits), so i was wondering that what kind of PCT should i take?
I was thinking about nolvadex since everyone says its the "best" PCT.
Would love if someone could tell me, thanks.
Nolvadex:
Week 1 : 20mg / day
Week 2 : 20mg / day
Week 3 : 10mg / day
Week 4 : 10 mg / day
was thinking something like this but i don't know anything about it. (done research).

Then i have an another question.
I have lost around 60-70 lbs but now its like i can't get rid of the last 15-20 lbs.. Im on oxyelite super thermo and i don't feel anything.. Even i have lost that kind of weight and my strenght has increased i still use the same pair of jeans and t-shirt size..
I want to get more lean and not "loose".
Im 5'10/11
and weight is 198-202 lbs..
i eat around 2000 caloriers some days under but only meat/chicken and protein shakes (alot + multivitamin, creatine, bcaa, zma etc.)

before school 7 am: half cup oatmeal with milk + whey & vitamins
at break time 12 am: 125 g chicken/meat with some vegetables
Before training 14-16 pm - depends on when im done with school: protein bar or shake
After training 16-18 pm: protein shake
last meal 19:30-21 pm: 100 g meat/chicken with vegetables again.

you're really young to be playing mad scientist with your hormones, but i didn't know shit about this game at your age, and i sure as hell didn't care about my body. maybe all you need to do to pack on solid pounds is work on eating the right foods and your routine.
you might fuk yourself up hormonally. follow the links provided.
halodrol wont shut you down heavily, and at your age bounce back should be a snap with the right protocols, although; running prohormones without test is a very bad plan of action. considering that it's halodrol though, eh. i would worry too much, but you're right to ask for help. halodrol wont fuk you up, but start playing with superdrol and other designer steroids , then you should really start getting dead serious. and if you haven't made any disastrous mistakes by then you will probably consider sticking yourself with a spike. ["to slam, or not to slam"] at that point you should be very familiar with diets and side effects, so you can curb all of that hellish shit.
you should not only invest in some nolvadex , but some clomid too. lol after your done with your "PCT" lol, you'll be just as "shut-down" as the HaLodrOl made you. hahaha.
honestly, read a ton about halodrol it could have plenty of negative side effects that you would be smart to try and curb. just read, you don't need to ask very many questions here. the only questions that you should ask are the ones you can't find after really searching the web thoroughly. when i post it's only so i can run my suck.
I don't know shit about halodrol, but i do know that you wont grow like your hoping to grow, and you are going to loose all the strength you made while on it.
it is a bad idea to start getting into this stuff so young, but the more you learn about AAS the more you'll realize that doing prohormones by themselves is just like spinning your wheels. it gets you nowwhere. You're honestly better off dedicating yourself to diet and a diciplined work ethic for the gym. you will see clear natural improvements by the month. try consistantly pumping 12 reps so that you fail at 12. 12 is my magic number and might be yours. i focus on my power, rep range and form. power is how fast i can knock a set out, rep range is my growing number, and form, to mention 1, provides safety and insures you'll be lifting for a long time. Every workout prep your muscles for future gains, by going heavy for 10, or 12 fresh reps. always stay humble. for me its 12 12 12 all day. i wont settle for just 10. that low shit isn't for me. i dont care if i have to take weight off. as long as i'm getting 12 i'm good. not for my ego. that's how i climb my way up, 1lb by 1lb there really aren't any short cuts man

The only reason for im not eating right is because of oxyelite pro super thermo.. I used to eat around 3000 calories but now i just drink my proteins and eat meat/chicken/eggs/tuna/fish once or sometimes twice a day.

come on now, you know what you're going to do already. but considering that you know now what you should do, maybe you will change the route you're going just a little.
What is your Body fat? you should be at or under 15% to avoid bitch tits and a lot of other shitty problems

I will probably wait a year maybe two more then..
Im trying to lose the last 18 pounds, and was wondering u could recommend a "fat burner" or something else that could speed up the process, just a little bit?
