Low Testosterone after 3-4 years without steroids??

Hello
i am 29 years old i have made several steroid cycles my last was in 2010 with prop and winny for around 11 weeks
1-11 weeks prop EOD 100 mlg
2-10 weeks winny 50 mlg ED
my PCT was
1-4 weeks clomid 50 mlg ED
1 week HCG 500 UI ED

now my blood test is
test 8.28 nmol/l
LH 2.11 IU/l
FSH 3.86 IU/l
Prolactin 181.00 mIU/l

i try to take clomid for 30 days 50 mlg ED my test go to 32.00 nmol/l (approximately)
i low the dose on 25 mlg ED for another 30 days and my test was dropped to 22.0 nmol/l (approximately)
when i stop clomid my test was dropped to 8.28 ?
can somebody help me with that

Try:
Take one pin of Triptorelin at 75mcg.
Next day begin blasting HCG at 300iu ed for 2 weeks
Then two days after last HCG pin use Toremifene 120/120/90/60.
This would be hitting every part of the axis and stimulating it.
Ive seen a guy recover from a year of being on including some heavy 19nor use recover completely. His test measured over 800 3 days after last use of Serm. One month later test came back at 450. 5 months later his test was at 625. Diet and training were on point. This was his PCT.
