Arimidex dosing

In taking Arimidex what would anyone recommend a good base to follow would be? I understand that we are all different and react different, I am just looking for a base to start working from.

are you planning to run low test along side the Tren ? How much Tren?

Ideally I would like to bump the tren up to 200mg per week. Last run was 150 and I responded well. The test I am going to bring down to 125 while on tren. I was asking about the Arimidex because last 2 days I tested the Nizarathol hair shampoo on my shoulder and temple and the acne has gone down. So i believe that if the Arimidex does what it says I can increase the test to see the affects of a higher dose without turning into a complete mess.

I will add this. I notice about a year ago that occasionally i would see some strands of hair come out which i would say was just normal. However, using that shampoo every 2 or 3 days I have barely seen any since.

At that dose I really doubt you will need the caber. It's good to have on hand just in case though

.25 mg 2 x ew is a good starting point but I wouldn't think you would need it unless you are running at least 300 mg ew but everyone is different. If estrogen is kept in check many can run Tren with no caber
