Moved and lost PCT.....need advice quick.

first off my cycle was - sust 250 1 ml 3 times a week m/w/f masteron 200mg 1 ml on m/f I ran this for 24 weeks throwing in a 10 week deca in the middle. 1 ml a week and i threw in some dbol for 2 weeks in the beginning to kick it off. Anyways I moved and lost my PCT and have no money to replace it. I did a mild taper but im on week 3 now with nothing and I feel tired alot and just over all dont feel right. The question is, can i buy anything over the counter to help get me through the crash?
