In a cast and cant train..WHAT SHOULD MY PCT LOOK LIKE NOW THAT I HAVE TO STOP AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME??????

Im 4 weeks in and this is what I have done so far out of my 10 weeks I had planned. This was my third time using these compounds in 2 years and probably only my 10th cycle in the past 4 years of experience. 31 years old, 5'10 215lbs low body fat.

Prop 400mg/week
Tren Ace 300mg/week
Winstrol 75mg/day

Was going to run Clomid for 4 weeks at 150mg/day. Should I stick to this plan?......

That's a rather high dose of clomid. When you ingest over 100mg/day of clomid you increase the risk of having vision problems. I wouldn't advise anyone to take over 100mg/day of clomid for week one of PCT.

Taking clomid only is not the best option for PCT. Both clomid and nolvadex should be taken for the best chance of having a proper recovery. You benefit more from taking clomid and nolvadex because they complement each other. Clomid increases the frequency of LH production and nolvadex increases the amplitude of LH production. Nolvadex also increases the effectiveness of clomid because they will both compete for receptors.

Your PCT should should have similar dosages to the ones below.

Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20/20/20
Clomid @ 75/50/50/50

I like the pct and suggestions above. I would also add hcg to your cycle with either arimidex or aromasin alongside to keep estrogen at bay

Forgot to taper my dosages in the first post..sorry. How does this look instead?

HcG 5,000iu/wk 3 weeks
Aromasin 25mg/day 4 weeks

Running and hcg blast like that will cause more aromatization. Why dont you just run hcg at 250 iu 2 x ew from the begining of the cycle right up to 3 days prior to starting pct.

Just run 20mg nolva for 6 weeks.

he is 4 weeks in to a ten week cycle. He should go ahead and run hcg from this point right up to 3 days prior to starting pct

your right it says in a cast can't train. I don't know how that was missed? Yes after 4 weeks just a standard 4 week pct is just fine. You could run Clomid and nolva or like bonapart said just 4 weeks of nolva is just fine. Sorry for the confusion
