Appropriate PCT combo?
Apologies in advance if this has been addressed.
Just finished a 4 week cycle with PH, personal opinion is it was junk but others really seem to notice a Change.
I decided on running
Tamox 40/20/20/20
Clomid 70/35/35/35
L dex .25/.25/.25/.25
I also have a test booster that was pushed by the clerk, by ans called extreme test
It has dhea, mucuna pruriens, stinging nettle, and N methyl DAA.
My questions are, am I good to go with my serm dosing and is l dex appropriate for this pct.
also, the test booster, should I use it as well? It seems like it'll delay everything coming back to normal, idk. Thoughts?

I answered this question in the last thread that you created. You only need nolva and clomid for PCT. Drop the dex and the test booster.
I'm not usually one for "I told you so", but I said that a PH cycle is a counter productive.
think I've got it, just need confirmation (2nd time)

The choice to use the PH was access.
I've read a lot of conflicting info on using serms with an ai, and without. Is there a lot of disagreement out there about this or am I just finding old outdated info?

There are some people who believe the using an AI during PCT helps with recovery. A majority of members on this forum do not use an AI during PCT.
The simplest way I can explain this is by comparing a SERM to a AI. A SERM will more or less trick the body into thinking e2 levels are low, thus inducing test production. An AI will actually make your e2 lower. If you use a AI during PCT you risk crashing your e2. I don't believe AIs should be used during PCT.

Drop the ai & the test booster and do a 4 week clomid/nolva PCT.
