I've spent a minute out of the game and i was just checking out *** (I guess AR changed their names) and recent posts at other sites talk of cease and desist letters. any body want to weigh in?

none of the companies are accepting my transaction attempts.

Also it is my understanding the issues these (rc/peptide) companies are having is getting a US based company to process credit card transactions.
AFAIK our former site sponsor has thus far been able to work around this as I just ordered from them within the last 2 weeks.

I called bank and they said that they weren't sure why this was happening. a real quick search turned up something about cease and desist letters and then jimmy posted his rad answer. i'm thinking the CC itself is the issue. i'm doing some accounting and then i'll try something else, not bitcoins. though i was thinking about using bitcoins. anyone ever use bitcoins?

It was charged by someone in China ( i actually just checked). Apparently no fraud alert as it went through.

Yeah sorry man I dont know what to tell you. I guess I was lucky. While my transaction did show as coming from china my cc company still let it through without flagging it. Seems like not everyone is so lucky. Maybe you can contact your cc company and tell them you are trying to make a purchase from china and your card wont go through. Not sure if it would work or not but I guess thats your only chance.
Maybe thats why our former sponsor is still up and doing business while many other rc companies arent, cause they are processing out of China it looks like.
You see here is the deal guys, RC's are a legal loophole so while the government cannot shut down rc companies (because they arent breaking any laws) however they can put pressure on the banks. What they are doing is going to the banks that process credit cards and telling them hey look it would be in your best interest not to have these companies as customers and process their transactions. Of course the banks do not need or want any problems with the feds so they are obliging. Its like a roundabout means to an end. The government cant stop the sale of rc's, but they damn sure can make it difficult for rc companies to find a credit card processing company to process their transactions- thus shutting many of them down and making it hard for them to successfully do business.
While I would and do think they have better things to do apparently they have made this somewhat of a priority. Im going to be blogging about government regulation in the very near future so I have been following this stuff pretty damn closely. Its messed up and really comes down to pressure from the pharmaceutical industry as this is hitting them in the wallets. You see big pharma doesnt really care that people are using compounds like clomid and nolva and adex for off label use, what bothers them is people arent using THEIR clomid, nolva and adex for this off label use!!

Sick answer! well the bank keeps telling me that the site is responsible for the error. i'm not sure if they are obligated in any way to tell me why my purchase cannot be processed. I accept your answer as 'damn near' undeniable truth, or a close version of it. loopholes are a hot topic in politics these days. You are saying this is money driven and sadly, that is the biggest motivating factor. who doesn't want more money? -nobody, that's who. what about the illegalization of AAS and controlling it? seems like they are trying to get the job done. after all, nobody isn't talking about cleaning shit up these days. surely corruption does not reign everywhere. whatever it is, it fukin' sucks.
