    Didn't do a pct

I didn't do a pct for my first cycle. (stupid i know) I did take hcg during the cycle tho. So didn't think I'd have to do a pct. It's been a year or so since and have noticed signs of low t . If I do another cycle and do a pct will it bring me back to normal? Should I take a pct now to try and bring myself back now without a cycle? I have heard proviron may help.. any suggestions. .?

Bloodwork as stated. Hcg is merely a mimicker of LH. Clomid would be a better choice as it actually signals the pituitary to produce.

No one knows. You need bloodwork to check as was written above.

Im no superexpert on this but if your test is stil low, one year after, it means that you have permanently damaged your hpta and no future pct will get you back where you was before the damage.
Only option is trtr for the rest of your life.

But i guess the vets can be more accurate

There are risks with every cycle and you have to recognize that. You have to decide if the benefit is worth the risk. Running labs before your cycle to get a baseline number is the only real way to know if you have recovered after or not. It's best to run pre cycle labs, mid cycle labs to adjust your ancillaries and then labs again 6-8 weeks after your pct is finished to determine if you have recovered. The real recovery starts after pct is finished. Read the beginner sticky planning and executing my first successful cycle. All the info you need is there
