Going on vacation first week of PCT... setting myself up for failure?
I had rough start to my cycle- tried some gear from a new source and I had a bad reaction to it. I ran that for two weeks (test E) Then discontinued for two weeks until my new gear arrived. I am running a 12 week cycle on this gear. I am front loading and back loading with dbol , Test E @ 750mg/week, and deca @ 250mg/week (weeks 1-10). So by the time I start PCT I will have been shut down a total of 18 weeks (4 weeks before cycle with bad gear+ 12 weeks on cycle with good gear+ two weeks between last injection and PCT)
HCG was ran through the entire time of shut down. My concern is I am going on a cruise the week I am starting PCT. I know PCT is a vulnerable time and I hate that I am starting it off away from home, on vacation, and away from the gym. Obviously I will be bringing my PCT meds with me but im concerned that a week away from the gym and my diet combined with daily drinking (moderately) will completely kill everything ive worked hard for and give me less chance of recovering.

Relax..... the rest during your pct will be good for your body. Just try and eat as clean as you can and enjoy the vacation

Sometimes its hard to relax lol. This lifestyle consumes me but I love it! haha

Interesting... I was going to cut back but wasnt planning on cutting back that much. This is my current routine:
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back/calves
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Shoulders/ traps
Friday- Tri's/Bi's/ calves
How would you rearrange this for PCT? Just hit chest, back, and legs?
