Red face It's been a while and Would love some feedback/advice

So I haven't done any steroids since my mid 20's and am 41 now. I still go to the gym regularly and maintain a decent physique and diet. I'm 5'11" and my weight fluctuates between 180lb - 185lbs. However I find myself working twice as hard and the gains are minimal. So I've decided to go on a cycle, even if it's just to relive my former glory just one more time. =) So I see the game has changed and what's used is different nowadays, so my friend has put together this cocktail for me. I would like a second or third opinion on what he has put together, and in what order should i be taking it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I did do research on these products and they all seem quite positive. So I guess i'm more wanting to know in what order and in what dosages. I'm not looking to get really big, but more to cut up and tone up. A little more muscle wouldn't hurt but i'm not looking to change up my whole wardrobe so to speak.

If you move or repost this thread to the Q&A forum then you will get more responses. That forum tends to get more traffic than the PCT forum.

The lifestyle has changed quite a bit as we have more analytical and quantitative data.

Sense you haven't cycled in such a long time you should get great results from a test only cycle. If you do decide to use more than test then I advise against EQ. EQ does little more than raise your blood counts to near dangerous levels.

Check out the attached thread below. It's geared towards a first time user, but it should get you up to speed with newer techniques.

If you have more questions I'd be happy to help.

Numbere, thank you for your feedback. Greatly appreciated. I will also repost this to the q&a to see what others think as well. Cheers!

In all seriousness, the first thing you should do is get full blood work to see how you're doing and establish baselines. Use the first set of blood work in the Finding A Doc sticky in the HRT Forum. This will tell you is there's something suppressing your endogenous T levels and help to give you a direction to go, be it a cycle or hormone replacement.
