PCT For MY First Cycle Ever

Hey guys so i was just wondering is clomid only on a 500MG a week Test E only cycle good? My buddy who i get my stuff through told me it was fine and to run some JYM ZMA along with it. Also when is the best time to start? Alot of people say 2 weeks after last shot and alot of people say 3 weeks.

Test e if i recall leaves the system around 14days(the half life).you could wait a little more maybe but you should use nolvadex also.clomid with nolva is a good combo.and why not use it ?got off my 1st cyp cycle too and I am doing exactly this.

Personally I am using zinc for test, you can go for zma a test booster creatine a gainer vitamin c(3gr for cortisol managment) and added some arginine.

Imo it is.depends on the country.in mine inget it from the pharmacy for like 3€

Start pct 14 days after least test shot clomid would probably be OK but Nolvadex wiill help recover faster and seen as though it's very cheep it just seems illogical not to use it.
