Pct purpose
Are there any other significant reasons to pct other than to be able to have kids again? 40 year old just ran 14 weeks sustanon 350 at 350x 2 a week for a 700 mgl total a week. I am now 17 days since my last shot and feel relatively fine. I don’t want to put unnecessary things in my system if my cycle isn’t enough to require it.

"Feeling relatively fine" is not a substitute for medical treatment. There is also no such thing as a cycle being enough or not enough to require it. When you inject exogenous testosterone , it tells your brain to stop producing testosterone, it doesn't matter if you inject 100mg or 1000mg the signal to the brain is the same from that aspect.
Yes you need to do PCT to help restart your natural hormone production. Rolling the dice and skipping PCT is about as foolish and ignorant as it gets and puts you at risk.
Do bloodwork at 6-8 weeks after PCT is completed.
