Hi , am looking some help , ave been taking teen + test for around 7 weeks , ave started to get spots (pimples) on my back and worse ones on my chest , is there any advise on how I can control this , am new to this , thanks in advance

Fucking wash that shit. Alot. Dry the skin out. Not too much but you need to scrub all the sweat and shit off. And also get acne shampoo it helps alot. Helped me.

Ok , I do wash after gym and in morning, so nothing can be taking to stop them from coming , thanks for feedback ��

Do you mean tren + test ? Not sure what "teen" is.

Have you done any bloodwork before or during cycle?

Usually acne control progression looks like :

Over the counter products (ie Acne wash as previously mentioned) --> Prescription topical cream --> A tetracycline (doxycycline is common) ---> Retinoid (ie Accutane)
