    Zero LH/FSH/Sperm with HGC

    Hi guys.

Long time TRT, have had one successful pregnancy 4 years ago when I came off cold turkey for 8 months.

Decided not to come off this time and use HCG .

Been on HCG 500iu 3x weekly for the last 5 or so months, Sub-Q injections.

Had bloods and sperm tests done, got the results today, <1 LH, <1 FSH and 0 sperm.

Im running 500 test and 400 deca weekly.

The Doctor has asked what I want to do, and has given me free reign on treatment.

I was thinking of going 2x1500iu shots weekly, IM instead of Sub-Q.

Any input? Ideas? Drop the deca ? or will the HCG make it a non-point?

FSH and LH will always be 0 when you have exogenous Testosterone . Every single person who is on TRT has FSH and LH values of 0.

The entire purpose of using HCG for men on TRT is because it mimics and replaces FSH+LH since we aren't producing it anymore.

You should always use HCG it replaces two important hormones. Whether or not there is a planned pregnancy you should be using HCG @ 500IU or so 2x per week.

Exogenous hormones are always going to suppress spermatogenesis. Nandrolones far more than most.
Drop the deca for now and things will improve over time.

    Ok, it’s out.

Any advise on adding anything extra to aid spermogenisis?

Is doubling the HCG a good next move? 300iu still doesn’t seem crazy high from some of the stuff I’ve read.

500 iu's x 3 per week will help. Other than that it's simply time and effort.....

Read the section on HCG in this link:
