Pct help
Last day of PCT was yesterday I followed the protocol exactly as outlined in the first cycle post. I havent trained in 2 weeks, last time I did was legs and I thought I was gonna die 30% of the way through my regular leg routine. Dying for air, dizzy and after a few sets of squats and deads just completely fatigued. I've also been feeling cold, and I'm never cold! Then I get random hot flashes throughout the day. My gains are mostly down the drain at this point.... what went wrong and where do I go from here??

Hello bro.
If I recall correctly, your cycle was test only and u dropped a couple percentages on your bf? Why do u say gains down the drain? that was probably some water that flushed out... Are you maintaining your diet? Also, you haven't trained in 2 weeks so you're obviously not gonna be pumped.
It is OK to not feel very well during or by the end of PCT as you were just playing with your hormones and you probably haven't recovered fully which could make u feel a little down/depressed as your test levels are down and maybe estrogen is a bit elevated also.
Where to go from here? Hang on and get blood tests 6 weeks later to see how well you've recovered.
You also should continue to train and eat and maintain your calories.
It will all hopefully be alright, brother! Hang in there

Not training during pct is a sure fire way TK lose everything you gained on cycle.

Yeah how comes you stoped training for two weeks?
I think anyone will lose size over two weeks but your at even more risk just coming off..
Below is a quote from gh about coming off
more important is diet . UP your protein intake, lower your carb intake, and stay in a calorie surplus. the reason for upping the protein is because your body will lose its ability to retain nitrogen at elevated levels and be super efficient with protein like while on cycle (so your going to need more protein coming in to make up for that). the reason for lowering carbs is because your body will no longer be able to super compensate glycogen retention and use as much carbs within muscle like it can when androgen levels are high. so your carb requirements go down. to make up any difference if there is a calorie loss by doing this then simply add in some healthy fats.

I would bet calories + proteins are too low and the 2 weeks off is the issue.

Going in to PCT everything was still golden, up until the end of the first week when I hit legs. After that leg workout I was floored and I stopped training. I dont want to exaggerate but maybe I just didnt know what to expect and this was my first cycle. But just to give you an example I got home after going through less than half my regular leg workout and didnt even make it to the shower. I laid out on my bed and crashed. Apparently this was expected going into PCT?
Anyway, Im getting back in the gym today. My diets stayed pretty solid, I know Ive been hitting my protein numbers daily for sure. And I have an order touching down sometime this week hopefully. Im gonna cruise at 125mg a week for a few months then go on a lean bulk for the winter.

You need to be mentally tougher, your mind is your power.

If you are intending to go back on as soon as PCT finishes then it was pointless to PCT in the first place and more unhealthy than if you just stayed on. You will be rollercoastering your body with the in/out of all the drugs and steroids .
Dieting and training like an animal should be the incentive to use gear but it sounds like the other way around in your case.
Like redz said you need to be mentally strong to be able to cycle. I would do bloodwork 6ish weeks post PCT and spend the time figuring out what you really want.
Atleast with marriage in 5 or 10 years down the line you have the luxury to opt out and reset. If you marry the needle now and change your mind in 5 years you are screwed (for lack of a better word).I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.
