    hCG restart + continued usage

    Hey guys

Currently almost on month 5, running 150mg TestE per week, but went as high as 400mg per week for a few weeks just to see my response and get bloodwork(limit testing), nuts are less than 1/2 size atm. I've come to the conclusion that I would rather run hCG permanently, so this is my proposed idea, let me know if you would alter it in any way.

Week 1: 750iu Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 2: 750iu Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 3: 500iu Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 4: 500iu Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 5: 250iu Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 6: 250iu Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    Week 7+: 250iu Monday, Friday
    repeat forever.

Will this get the nuts back online fully, and then sustain them permanently? I'm specifically interested because of downstream hormones'(pregnenolone, DHEA, etc), prevention of testicular cancer, and fertility.

    Thanks guys

Assuming you mean just adding HCG to your TRT protocol, right? If so, no need to start high and titrate down. Read this:

Wow, that study really clears things up, thanks. And yup, just adding hCG to the protocol.

Seems that between 250-500iu EOD would be the correct dosage.

They are mentioning cycling off once per year to maintain sensitivity to TRT, is that a real thing? I've heard lots of people talk about it, however I've heard even more people claim that it's unnecessary. What's your opinion?

Cycling off is absolutely 100% ridiculous. When your body was producing endogenous testosterone on it's own did it cycle off now and then? Silly when you think of it that way, right. The test we inject is the exact same thing our bodies used to produce. No different.

I'd start at 250 iu's twice per week on the day of each injection. HCG can bump up your test level and estrogen level so like with testosterone, too much of a good thing can be bad.

Interesting read Kel. What, in your opinion/experience, is an ideal HCG protocol to add to ones TRT? At 250iu M-W-F my boys downstairs are still pretty wilted after being on trt for 4months.

Just to chime in... if we’re talking about cycling off of HCG , there are many online sources that recommend coming off HCG for a month, every year or so. It’s supposed to maintain the leydig cells’ sensitivity.
