No devil, these were (or still are ?) made in Spain. You can read it on the package.

I'm not sure if this presentation is still produced - it'a a long time I saw it for the last time. Maybe someone from the Spain can helps you more. I just remember, in the times it was on the market it was very good Enanthate (but more expensive than others).
