some sust

My cousin showed me this sust today that he got of his source..It was a clear ampoul with a white laminated sticker on it..the writing was in black along with organon writtin on it withits usual logo..It had an little orange circle on the label with the skull and crossbone in the orange circle written in black..doesnt that mean toxic ,right..they are a little fatter and shorter than the nile,paki, and portraguese,,.They might be american. The top of the amp is a white ring where u break it. i didnt freezer test but i will next week when i see him..
does anyone know about these or seen these..please comment
