Fake or Real Testcyp

I have just gotten a 10wk cyc of test cyp for a friend and was ?ing the auntheticty of it its a clear vail with like a tin foil tear of tab it has a white printed label that says Medaus Pharmacy
Batch# 060503-Q bud 11/03/06
and some other stuff i cant recall just stating keep at room temp and out of light

my source states that its from a Replenish clinic or something like that also the label is only about 3/4 to 1" inch tall and its posted on top of the vial and on somewhat crocked sideways
