for vet gear ask for a graneros (these are the vet shops). theres a place on calle quinta (5th street) adjecent to avenida revolucion. i think its called La Roma. thats where i got my gear. theres hundreds of pharmacies in downtown tijuana but watch out for people trying to overcharge you and sell u fakes. what i noticed is that the nicer the pharmacy the more stock they have. not all pharmacies will have what u need and u will have to search and buy from several locations. good luck
