HCG from mexico , Is this real or fake ? How the hell do you mix this stuff ?

I just got this stuff at vet shop in Mexico. I have no idea how to mix it . Also it comes in a powder form and has to be mixed with a small bottel of water that came with it . How much water do i mix in it ?

1.Measure the ammont of water you wish to mix(this may vary depending on the individual ammounts you wish to administer at any one time)
2.Add to powder
3.Divide into required ammounts when drawing mixture
4.Inject
