Whats up with this primo

** Primo. Wondering if I should get it. It has the new black top with green stopper and the label looks legit. the red part is shiney and it doesn't look tampered with. Only on problem the exp. and man. date are ripped off. Wondering what you guys think.

if you ripped off the label of it the vial look good but if exp date and manufacture date are ripped off who can tell is not expired?however i think green stoppers and black top for primo are introduced in 2005 so the exp date of their products are for 5 years so it' could be real but it's strange about label ripped off...
