Deca: is this stuff good?

greetings all
i searched around the forum and didn't find any post about this.
so i was wondering if this deca is good or fake?



i got em here in Jordan and they sold it as being made in Greece!!!
i was told that constant hunger is a sign of a good deca!! is that true??
