sustanon egypt, good fake or legit?

Im currently taking Sustanon 250mg E3D and it's come to my attention that there's alot of fakes out there so my question is: are they fake in your opinion? The text doesn't seem to be blurry and they're all printed in the same font so they look real?.
Im currently in my 5th week of taking these but i've also taken 50mg Anadrol 4 of those weeks and had really good results, so I can't say if the susta is fake yet.

If they turn out to be fake is it still testosterone in them but they're underdosed? or do they only contain crap?

PS. The liquid feels like they have the same density as blood when turning the bottle upsidedown

The thickness is because of the pressure in the vial. Rather than the oil being too thick.
You'll see when you crack one

Pharms in Eypgt have two kinds real and fake, normally they will sell the fake first, but even so it still as some form of test in it, so all not lost but at the moment I wouldnt buy any Eypgt sus because its like tossing a coin.

I agree with marcus theres way to many fakes out there!
