    What should be my first cycle ? pics attached

    I am 26 been body building for 2.5 years on and off (mostly off i guess lol) my coach tells me I can cycle Sustanon +D-bol+Deca . Will dat do ? also guyz if you can tell me what I should take for my PCT....PLZ HELPPPPPPP ALL THE BIG GUYZ!!!

    you will need to post your stats

    weight
    height
    BF%
    cycle experince
    weight lifting experince
    and most important your diet

    then guys can start to help you out

    Ur first cycle should be in a good two to three years from now ... If u wanna cycle now I would say do about 30000g of sweetpotatrolone and split in seven doses and to kickstart that u would throw in some chiknbrestolone with bfeefolone ... Ur pct should look like omelgAdex

    No without joking man just go to the diet section and eat a lot of clean foods and gain some more weight... Let us know what ur goals are

    Seriously buddy, you’re not even CLOSE to starting steroids . Its important that you realise steroids are most effective on a trained body. At your stage of development, they would be an absolute waste of time and possibly leave you with one or two undesirable side effects.

    If you do plan of taking them, make sure that you can justify their use. You certainly can’t at this moment in time. Personally, I think you need get your diet sorted out as previously suggested and then get to grips with a solid power lifting program for 6 months, then switch over to a routine more specific to bodybuilding for another 6 months. After 12 months of good diet and training, then you’ll have a base to build upon and also a gauge of your ability to dedicate yourself to a lifestyle necessary to justify drug use.

    Not being nasty mate, but you have no base. Steroids are not a joke; they need to be respected.

    ... steroids aren't a miracle solution to become a huge in one week but as the elpropiotorvic's told u take some oral at the high dosage during two-three years like a sweetpotatrolone, chiknbrestolone bfeefolone mixed with some hardcore training and if u need some inspiration Blood & Guts by Dorian Yates will be your best friend.

    Fellas, we were all in his shoes at one time . . something is wrong when "coach" tells ya advice about a cycle. My advice get a new coach. Oh, and dont try that cycle either , especially stay away from Deca , unless you wanna have a limp dick for the rest of your life
