Susta Pro 250 by Delta Pharmaceuticals Real?

Everytime I take this it gives me the worst sore butt I have ever expierenced to the point I can not sit down. I have tried three different times thinking it was the way I did the shot, but I believe it something else. This has a gray stopper and I have read somewhere on this forum that if stoppers are gray it's probably fake, is this true? Please take a look and I appreciate any info. This is my first post so thanks for your help.

I've had plenty with a grey stopper that don't mean a thing. Usually hurts from the prop. I just did 2cc's of sust300 and no pain. I usually only get pain on the first injections.
I've never hurt that bad though.

Can you tell by the photo and description if this stuff is real or not?

I never had other injections feel this painful afterwards.

this is real. i had the same exact thing and i did 1 cc twice a week got about 10-15 lbs gains. id stack with something else tho
