Generic blues, when you reconstitute it does it dissolve instantly or are there a few flakes left which you have to swirl the bolle round to get rid of?

I got it from a highly recommended source, so legitimacy is not my concern. This is my first run with Chinese generics, and it was my understanding that the powders consistency was that of a cake batter, so when I saw the powder stuck together like that I thought that maybe the fragment was damaged in transit. It is very hot where i live, I thought maybe the heat from my mail box might have clumped it together like that. I'm not worried about it anymore though, and from now on im only ordering in the winter time.
