Real HCG?

Heres my HCG from my new scource but how do i reconstuct it in such a lil vial? Sorry that i sound stupid but i have never used HCG befor and was hoping to make it 500iu/1ml so that would mean id have to add 10ml of Bacteriostatic water. Heres the pitcure let me know what you think.

500iu or 5000?

I can't say if its real or not, it has no label and I haven't seen it before.
For mixing, I use 10ml empty vials, after you mix it, it has to be stored in the fridge, temp 2-15 C

its supposed to be 5000iu so if i add 10ml to it thatll make it 500iu/ml right
