    advice wanted

    hi all
    i wonder if anyone can advice. i live in the uk and ive trained for about 1year and i now want to use steroids
    ive been told to start taking test and deca for 1 maybee 2 months and i will notice a big difference. is this ok to do. im 40 and have no medical issues at all

    Welcome to the board! Best beginner cycle is always just test, save the deca for future cycles. 500mg/weekly is always a good start. I'm sure someone will e along with some links for you shortly
