What the hell is in this?

Got this Deca for free off a work colleague

He used to train and juice and has 20ml of this un opened, it still has the sealed cap on the top but it has stuff floating around in it, almost like shaking a snow dome.

Ive of course heard of gear crystalising but this isnt crystal its like white floaters/flakes

I probably wont use it, nice that i didnt pay for it but id rather bin it and buy my own.

The guy i got it off did deca only cycles, never ran pct etc so his knowledge of AAS is pretty poor, some stories he tells me im like WTF?
So it wont suprise me if the stuff was actualy bunk.

Hes a decent guy though and ive known him for a long time.

Anyway, posted some pics for the benefit of the board, and to of course recieve some feedback?

Its LA Pharma Deca Nan 20ml

Looks to me like it crystallizing(crashing).... I'll let one of the experts tell you what to do(I know a hot water bath helps) but I don't want to lead you down a wrongful path and ruin it - you may have to re-filter it as well?!

Looks like its crashing I bet it got cold. Heat it up and see if it dissolves then let it sit for a couple days in a dark place room temp to see if it crashed again

He said hes stored it for 3 years in his safe at home

Would i just boil the kettle and put it in a bowl with the vial?

If used i wouldnt use it until next year. Should i try and boil it now or wait until use?

I have successfully reheated by just putting the vial directly on my countertop stove on medium heat until I see the crystals dissolve and then remove it to cool. If you don't have a counter top stove then use a pan and put the vial in the pan on medium heat until it dissolves. It shouldn't take more then 30 seconds to one minute

I boiled a kettle and poured the water into a mug

I carefuly warmed the vial in the palm of my hand and then sat it in the hot water until the water cooled.

The floaters are no longer there

Does the fact that the gear was crashing mean there is real gear in there? Would you guys use it?

    Thanks for the help

Although unless it was in really cold temps, it is weird it crashed at that concentration. If you decide to give it a warm/hot water bath and it goes back into solution, I would leave it in a room temp environment for a week or so to make sure it holds/stays in solution.
Brewing deca is generally almost goof proof unless the solvent ratio is wonky, the raws were poor, or the maker went nuts with the concentration. Yours is 200 mg/ml which is a piece of cake to brew.

The pics look like it had crashed, but I have never had any Deca crash. The crashing isn't necessarily indicative of good gear. The crashing just means it came of of solution for some reason.

Whats classed as really low temps?
If its been stored sometimes in his car and at his home without his central heating on would that be cold enough? Especialy through winter?

I will keep an eye on it and see how it goes.
Would you use it or bin it? Ive never had any gear crash before so this is all new to me

anything below 68 degrees would be colder then room temp for most. Sit on it for a week or so to see whether it crashes again. To use it or not is up to you but I can tell you this. If you don't know we're it came from I probably would not use it

Yes, that could be the culprit. But as Bio said, unless you trust the source I would put it in the round file (dustbin).

Did you reheat it and did it dissolve back into the oil?

Give it a week or so to make sure it holds. If it does and you feel good about the general quality of the product, then I hope you have a good run with it!
