you guys have any books on powerlifting?? Poliquin has a new one i am thinking of getting

I picked up Ryan Kennelly's book. It was pretty good. Nothing I didnt already know, but it gave me some insight into his training style and mentality used when competing.

You should check out Serious strength training by Tudor Bompa
Kennely's book is more specific to just benching
Power Lifting by Barney Grooves is okay too.

Tudor Bompa, that sounds familiar i assume he is a strength training coach

It does have sample routines. But like Phreezer said, it is pretty much specific to bench although it does provide some routine work for other exercises.

i want to find an all around powerlifting book, just for workouts, tempo and stuff. I know all the exercises, but i cant incorporate them into a workout ive been trying for weeks

elitefts.com has a wealth of PLing articles, training journals, Q&A, etc
I wouldn't recommend "Serious Strength Training"

ive heard from a lot of people its a bad book, but i know poliquin is knowledgable, im going to check those sites, thanks guys
