A Diffrent Kind Of Competion
I HAVE A DIFFRENT KIND OF BENCH COMPETION IN ABOUT 4 MONTHS. YOU HAVE TO BENCH YOUR BODY WIEGHT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN. EACH REP WILL TAKE ONE MINUTE OFF OF A 5K RUN THE NEXT DAY. THE BEST TOTAL WILL WIN. I CURRENTLY BENCH PRESS 350 1RM AT 200 BW. I PLAN ON LOOSING 10-15 LBS. BY THE COMPETION. I NEED SOME HELP WITH A BENCH ROUTINE THAT WILL MAKE MY ENDURANCE BETTER. SHOULD I JUST TRAIN WITH MY BODYWIEGHT X FAILURE. OR SHOULD I GO LIGHTER FOR 40-50 REPS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. MY GOAL IS 30 REPS MINIMUN.

I competed in something like this once a while back, only I believe it was every rep OVER 20 would take a minute off...something like that I can't remember. My advice would be to train from your body weight...high reps and going no heavier that the heaviest amount you can rep out 10-12 times. Good luck.
