Newbie to powerlifting
So i gained mass and i've always wanted to learn proper techniques and forms for powerlifting.
Can someone steer me in the right direction?
I want to buy some books and read up on it?
Any advice for a newbie?

Not exactly for powerlifting per se, but this thread is full of great articles by Dave Tate....

No need to buy anything. Go to the articles section and read away. There is a wealth of information there.

Read all the articles at www.Elitefts.com and I would suggest buying all of Louies videos. They really show you what the movements are and break down the technique.
