periodization strength phase help?
ok im setting up a periodization routine and the info im coming across is tell me 2 things for rep #'s in the strength phase, some are telling me to use a 1-3 range other reads are saying to use a 2-4, 4-6 does anybody know what should be used during the strength phase??? im doing this program for mass, and not to peek or anything just to put some more meat on. thanks!
