    qucik beginner quest

    powerlifiting should be low reps high weight right?

    im 5'10 170 around 5% bf weights as follow:

    bench - 205 4-6 reps
    deadlift - 335 6-8 reps
    squat - 315 6-8 reps

    are these weights and reps adiquate for mass building? thx.

    Basically yes but there is a lot more to it than that. There is a lot of info out there about PL routines, just search for it and then try it out and see what works for your body. Your lifts are good for a basic start, PL is lifting heavy and getting plenty of rest.
