    Doc Sus or others

    Getting ready to start another cycle. First wes test Cyp only, started at 200 mg a week for 4 weeks, then went to 500 mg a week.
    Any sugestions as to what to add this cycle? D Bol? I compete in powerlifting and push Pull meets. Age 45

    how much experience cycle wise do you have?m first off keep your test level steady, don't start lower and go higher iif anything front load and start higher and then drop to lower mg's dbol or anadrol are very good starters for the first four wk. then you have tren , eq, deca etc etc, the list goes on and on.what weight class are you, how much do you weighnow, do you want to put on size and strenght or maintain weight and become stronger?

    This would be my 3rd cycle. First was 200 mg a week, second was 500 mg a week Test Cyp only. Im a SHW, dont want more size just strength and maintain wt, eventually drop down.
    So I should start off at 500mg a week and perhaps drop that down at end of cycle?

    start and stay at 500 to 759mg per wk, dont taper off
