That was some great lifts but do you need the bench shirt? what I am asking is looking at it the shirt did not look that tight on you, do you think that it makes a huge difference.

Again not being a smart ass I am wondering how much difference you think that the shirts make in your benches? I always wondered if using a bench shirt would be a way to prevent injury on normal workouts.. I am not where near your lifting weights but just like to get the best I can.

Keep us up to date and let us kjnow how you do in your comp.

Doc did it look loose to you too? It looks tight in the shoulders but the rest looked loose.. kind of what I was wondering..

I was wondering if I gor a single ply rage or something if it would protect my shoulders???

denim never looks as tight a sa poly so it is hard to say, the onlyperson who can judge that is him. if the bar touches to easy than it may be too lose, if so you can get the chest taken in and your in bussiness.

i wouldnt go with the rage, i like the titan shirts better, i never had anything good from inzer accept knee wraps, even my lifetime guaranteed lever belt from those creeps broke,TWICE!!!! the metal prongs snaped off while i was squating and i wasnt using that much weight either time it happened. i dont trust inzer

The shirt is not loose to me at all. I can't bring 365 to touch in it. Its a Karin.

It's only the second time using the denim now I am in love with it. You can see how much trouble I had with the 405 in the Titan. The denim gave me power through the whole lift not just at the bottom.

    I had 3 PR's Sunday 405 was my max

Doc/Love2lift... good info for me.. Thanks.. Doc I almost bought this shirt http://www.inzernet.com/detail.asp?P...D=01_ST_BLAST# or this one http://www.inzernet.com/detail.asp?P...ID=02_HD_BLAST

I do not put up the #'s like this but I was hoping to imprive a little and protect my shoulders.

I will look at the other brand you mentioned.

    Thanks

F#ck that!they are both HORRIBLE shirts. outdated back in 1993, i cant beleive they still make them. alslo that material stretches and after 4 or 5 times using it,it loses all strength and becomes loose

your belt is your friend when you shirt press, it keeps the shit put where you place and shirt placement is A HUGE factor in how well the shirt will work for you

I thought it would give it a try without the belt. I couldn't get my normal arch the last time I tried the belt.

Why don't you try a single ply Titan? I think it will work for you. It is the first shirt I started with.

You can get one for around 75$, maybe even cheaper on Ebay.

Meet on Sat night. I will post my results when I get back!

try the titan F6 or the fury, relatively cheap shirts that will get you started and give you quite an edge
