i need help with this bench shirt

I am looking at the rage, rage x and the phenom. The prices range from 95.00 - 145.00. can anyone vouch that the phenom is worth the extra 50.00.

Never used the phenom. I think it is more close grip/high touch lifters. The Rage is pretty good shirt, I got a RageX coming in the mail in a couple days. The stretchy back features of the rage and ragex are awesome

how much did you use your rage before it started to stretch badly. .... or more to the point .... ill need to train with the shirt for about three months then use it in a meet in july- can the rage or rage x handle the training and be used in the meet.

Not much of a problem with that really. My federation doesnt allow double ply rage/ragex, but if yours does that will really add to shirt life and prevent loosing of shirt over time.

are you serious? You can think of it as a squat suit for the bench. Just type in bench shirt on google.

okay... so i use the shirt for the first time today. i could not get the weight anywhere close to my chest. kinda hurt bad too; my tricept got pinched in the shirt.

do i just need to get use to the motion or is this thing just too small?

    .... i sent it back.

hey, when in rome.... i hate the equipment, i love raw meets, the thing is there are very few, if youc hoose to o to a contest and dont use the shirt you will get crushedm the sport changed and now if you wnt to compete witht the best, you have to where the shirt,it is that simple, it is not cheating, i dont like but all my well wwishes wont make the bench shirt go away, if you want to play the game, you have to use the equipment
