i really need a good powerliftig workout
I know ive been asking alot of stuff,but could someone please give me a good powerlifting workout for 3 or 4 days a week thanks.

i am going to give you a homework assignment curt.

Try to read a few articles a night. start with the ones that focus on the lifts and major muscle groups. These articles will not only tell you "what" to do, but more importantly "why" to do it. if your going to take advice you might as well receive it from one of the best ever.

thanks man im just not sure if my buddy and i are doing everthing right, hes real good on the bench but yhats about it.
